What Trucely Does

Trucely is an AI-powered relationship mediation app. It helps couples de-escalate conflict by providing a private, neutral mediation experience. Each partner communicates privately with an AI mediator. Your partner never sees your raw messages.

Data We Collect

• Account information: Email address or Apple ID identifier used to create your account.
• Mediation messages: The messages you send during mediation sessions. These are stored to maintain your conversation history and improve the mediation experience.
• Session metadata: Session dates, participation status, and mediation phase progress.
• Subscription information: Payment and subscription status managed through Apple billing and RevenueCat entitlement syncing.

How We Protect Your Data

• Each partner's messages are stored in a private transcript that only they can access.
• Row-Level Security policies in our database enforce strict access controls. Your partner cannot access your messages.
• The AI mediator may reference both partners' perspectives internally, but only outputs neutral paraphrases — never raw quotes from the other partner.
• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Trucely:

• Supabase: Authentication and data storage.
• OpenAI: AI processing for mediation responses. Messages sent to OpenAI are processed according to their API data usage policies.
• Railway: Application hosting.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. When you delete your account, all your data — including messages, session history, and profile information — is permanently removed from our systems.

Trucely is not professional therapy, counseling, legal advice, or an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
