Acceptance of Terms

By using Trucely, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Trucely provides AI-guided support for relationship conflict. The service offers a private solo reflection flow called Talk It Through and a separate paired mediation flow where two partners can work with a neutral AI mediator toward clearer communication and next steps.

Important Disclaimers

User Conduct

You agree not to use Trucely to:

Subscriptions

Trucely offers a monthly subscription through Apple's App Store. A subscription is required to start Talk It Through or create a paired mediation invite. Only one partner in a pair needs an active subscription to start the paired flow. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation details are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Apple Standard EULA

App Store subscriptions and licensed use of the iOS app are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems, including messages, session history, and profile information. Deleting your Trucely account does not cancel subscriptions billed through Apple, so manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account settings first if you do not want future charges.

Limitation of Liability

Trucely is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of the mediation service, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on AI mediator guidance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trucely after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
